Psychology

The role of the Psychologist is to evaluate all students and interpret the results of the evaluation to parents, staff and local school districts. Adjustment problems are treated using counseling and behavior modification techniques.  Parents are trained in child management techniques to correct problem behavior and guide their child in new ways of handling themselves.  The psychologist also works with the interdisciplinary team in the school to develop remedial strategies for learning.
